The hotel staff were professional and knowledgeable about the local area. They helped us find one-day tours and recommended great places to visit. the rooms were spacious and calling reception for any type of service was no issue. the location of the hotel was ideal, a short walking distance from great shopping complexes and local markets.

The quality of the linen was not great as there were bloodstains on the bed sheets. the lighting in the rooms was also not bright enough, and there were no plug sockets located near the bed.

This hotel offers ideal service with a professional staff, who recommend tours and offer any service needed. the hotel's location is close to Downtown, Kim Yong Market, and Greenway; you can walk 10 minutes maximum to get to any of these locations. the rooms are spacious with excellent views and a good breakfast. Guests enjoy a massage located on the second floor and good wifi connection.

The hotel may need some renovations as old furniture is apparent in some rooms.
